I-Want-You-For-US-Army-Poster-C10045043No, no, no…I don't want your help in enlisting in the Armed Forces…I need your help for my blog!!

I don’t know what my problem has been lately but I’ve been in a serious *funk* in the writing department lately.  Even that essay that I have to write for the Weight Watchers contest still hasn’t been completed.  I just can’t seem to come up with *anything*.  What the hell is my deal?!?!

Well it’s driving me crazy and I am hoping that some of you guys will help me out!!

What would you guys like to see me talk about??  Anything you want to know??  Anything you want me to try??  I’ll pay you for ideas…ok, that’s a lie.  I can’t pay you, but I will most certainly be forever grateful and will love you forever and always…my love aint cheap so believe me, that’s quite a hand out right there.

So ok my lovely lovelies…have at…leave me your comments (pretty pretty please and thank you) of what you’d like to see on here and help to ignite the fire in my brain that seems to have sparks right now…

  1. Hmmm...I always find it interesting what each person gets in points for a day and how they use them to the best advantage/most food. Do you eat your activity points back? Do you use your flex points? Do you track online? Do you got to meetings regularly? You might have already told all this but I just started following and haven't had time to go back and read. Mostly - write about you - the unique you - that's the best part of you.

  2. I agree with Drazil but I also use my own blog to clear out the thoughts that are bouncing around in my head. I'm able to write it out and gain some perspective on things and sometimes I don't have any new thoughts for days. Your blog should not be a source of stress to you if you're not feeling the need to vent for a few days maybe thats a good thing. Something will come to you and you'll want/need to share it with us. Don't worry we'll all be here waiting when you have something to say.

  3. Suzi, how about what inspired you to lose the weight? Why did you chose Weight Watchers over another method? What are your favorite foods and how do you make them work on the plan (and no, beer doesn't count!).

  4. The posts that I find the most interesting, the ones that I seem to get the most out of are the ones where the writer explores the why's of this whole deal: why did I get the way I was? why did I make the change? why is this time going to be different?

Everyone's got their own "how", but the "why's" always seem to be singular and unique.

  5. Thank you guys so much for all the insight. You have all given me a lot of ideas and I can finally feel the wheels turning in my head...or maybe another screw just came loose or something.

Thanks again...you guys are the *best*!!

  6. I get in funks too from time to time. So I started carrying a notebook around to jot down my thoughts and ideas I get during the day. For me anything can spark a blog post. I think my problem is I always think that nobody is going to find my post interesting, but then I remind myself that I am blogging for me. IDK...

I would like to know more about how you got started running and if you have some tips for beginning runners.
